False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are offered at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year length.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Requirements

These classes start out at NCV level 2 and also the minimum amount necessity would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.

After the student finishes NCVLevel 2, they'd then have attained a grade ten certificate. NCV Level 3 would be grade eleven and NCV Level four is grade 12.

NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, being equivalent to a Nationwide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade nine is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes start NCV level 2 and that is equivalent to an NQF level two.

On which type of students are suited to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that common schooling just isn't automatically the only real way of starting to be an artisan or turning into competent so if a student knows from an early age what their passions are, the NCV programme is in fact properly fitted to that student.
